    • I don’t require 100% faith, in fact I encourage skepticism & questions, because your doubt helps inform where else in life you might be resisting taking action.

    • My experience of helping victims and accused feel comfortable divulging their truth on their worst day will redefine your experience of true psychological safety. I meet you where you’re at, and will take you as deep as you’re willing to go.

    • Coaching is a collaborative process - the only thing you have to be an expert in is yourself.

    • I will always answer any questions so that you understand and feel understood.

    • I’m also trained in trauma-informed practices and abide by the highest ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation.

  • Coaching is a forward-focused, inquiry-based process, where I help you get from where you are now to where you want to go and what you want to create.

    • Whereas therapy can focus on the past to help you better function in the present, my coaching will delve into the past to help you optimize your future.

    • Seeking support from a therapist can provide the necessary tools for managing and improving mental health in the present crisis, yet it can fall short in creating a sustainable solution for an independent future.

    • Once we acknowledge the patterns of the past, we deserve to take ownership of our experience and healing, before we can truly see lasting change in our behavior.

    • Therapists are usually licensed in the state they practice in, coaches are not licensed, yet some are certified by organized bodies like the International Coaching Federation.

    Mentoring is a more informal relationship where the mentor, often experienced in the mentee's field, shares advice based on personal experiences.

    • This guidance relies on the mentor's expertise and industry knowledge. I'm not here to tell you what to do, I'm going to ask you a lot of powerful questions.

    • I'm here to treat you as an expert in yourself and how you operate in this world. I'm an expert in the coaching techniques and I'm going to use those techniques to help you tap into your own expertise and help you start operating from your highest potential.

    • I rarely give advice. I help guide you to solutions you’ll actually implement because they work FOR YOU.

    • We'll connect on a 15-minute Curiosity Call (booked through Calendly) to get to know each other and identify the support you need most.

    • I offer virtual sessions over Zoom or FaceTime (applies to 1:1 and workshops) and in person. Additionally, I'm willing to travel for corporate and wellness retreats.

    • Once we decide to collaborate and the initial deposit is made, you can schedule you first session on my calendar as early as that week.

    • In our first Zoom session, we'll also plan out the remaining sessions.
